- How much does it cost to host a Bitcoin miner?
- Hosting at Fathom Labs costs $0.07 per kWh, all-in — no hidden fees, no performance charges. There is also a one-time onboarding fee of $1,020 covering insurance, installation, shipping, and import duty.
- What does the $1,020 onboarding fee cover?
- The $1,020 fee covers four items: insurance, installation labor at the facility, shipping of your hardware to our Southeast Texas facility, and import duty. You pay this once at the start of hosting.
- What do I pay upfront when I sign up?
- At signup you pay one month of estimated electricity in advance and one additional month as a refundable deposit. The exact amount depends on your miner's rated power draw.
- Where are your facilities located?

- Can I host miners I bought somewhere else, or do I have to buy from you?
- You can host hardware purchased anywhere — third-party miners are fully accepted. We also sell Whatsminer M70 series ASIC miners directly if you need to purchase hardware.
- What miners do you support — do you host hydro-cooled units like the Whatsminer M73?
- Yes — we support both air-cooled and hydro-cooled ASIC miners, including the Whatsminer M70, M70S, M73, and other compatible units.
- What uptime do you guarantee?
- We offer a 95% uptime SLA. Planned maintenance windows are communicated in advance.
- How is my electricity billed — do I pay for downtime?
- Electricity is billed in USD or USDT. Contact us for details on billing cycles and how downtime periods are handled.
- How secure is the facility?
- The facility is staffed by on-site security 20 hours a day, 7 days a week. 24-hour camera surveillance runs continuously on site.
- Is there a minimum number of miners or a contract length?
- We accept as few as 1 unit. All hosting agreements have a minimum term of 1 year.
- Do you guarantee a profit or return?
- No. Bitcoin mining profitability depends on Bitcoin's market price, global network mining difficulty, and your miner's efficiency — all of which change continuously and are entirely outside our control. We provide competitive infrastructure at $0.07/kWh all-in; we cannot and do not guarantee any financial return.
- How long does setup/onboarding take once my miners arrive?
- Onboarding typically takes 1 to 14 days after your miners arrive at our facility, depending on scheduling and the number of units being deployed.
- Can I tour the facility?
