What to Expect When You Sign Up for Bitcoin Mining Hosting at Fathom Labs
Onboarding at Fathom Labs involves four steps: contact us, choose your hardware, pay the one-time $1,020 per-machine onboarding fee plus first-month electricity and deposit, and then we handle everything else — shipping, installation, configuration, and monitoring.
You own the hardware. We provide the infrastructure. Payouts go from your mining pool directly to your Bitcoin wallet.
Total Due at Signup
- One-time onboarding fee (insurance, installation, shipping, import duty)$1,020

Frequently Asked Questions
What do I pay when I sign up for bitcoin mining hosting at Fathom Labs?
At signup you pay three items: (1) one-time $1,020 per-machine onboarding fee covering insurance, installation, shipping coordination, and import duty; (2) first month's electricity in advance: your hardware's wattage ÷ 1,000 × 720 hours × $0.07/kWh; and (3) one month's electricity deposit (same calculation). After that, ongoing billing is the monthly electricity charge only.
What happens after I pay the onboarding fee?
After you pay at signup, we coordinate hardware shipping to our Southeast Texas facility, handle customs/import duty, rack and cable your machine, configure it to your mining pool and Bitcoin wallet address, and run a health check. Once operational, your miner hashes continuously at $0.07/kWh all-in and payouts flow directly from your pool to your wallet.
How long does it take for my miner to start hashing after I sign up?
Deployment timeline depends on hardware availability, shipping origin, and current facility scheduling. Contact us at signup and we will provide an estimated timeline specific to your situation. We do not publish a fixed guarantee — contact us for expected timelines.
Do I need to be technically experienced to sign up for hosted mining?
No technical experience is required for hosted mining at Fathom Labs. We handle hardware installation, firmware, pool and wallet configuration, and ongoing monitoring. You need to provide your Bitcoin wallet address and pool account credentials — we walk you through this as part of onboarding. Our individual miner hosting is specifically designed to be accessible for first-time miners.
Who owns the mining hardware?
You own the hardware outright. Fathom Labs provides the facility, power, cooling, and operations — but we do not own, lease, or co-own your machine. You also receive 100% of its mining output; we do not take a percentage of rewards.
